Tokyo - 2nd and 3rd Days
Hi it's me Jacquie and i finally managed to get the MAC off Al and get to post on the ole blog for the first time so here goes. Our second day in Toyoko (as i like to call it). We went to Asakusa to visit "Sensoji Temple" this was also the first day to try and find our way around the subways, which proved so easy actually. So at Sensoji Temple Al decided to try and cleanse himself (apparently) I think it will take alot more then burning incense and pushing the smoke over himself to be honest! ! !

Anyway we had our first of many dishes of noodles here and i managed to actually eat them with chopsticks, us irish are not accustomed to eating with the ole chopsticks but i managed very well actually.

So after spending awhile here we headed of to "Veno Zoo" to see the panda's, erm a zoo is a zoo....... We then managed to sleep for 12 hours after our hectic day .... These damn futons are so comfy ......
Day 3 in Toyoko - We went to "Ikebukero" and went to "Sunshine City" We went to the observatory at the top of this building and got a 360 view of the city which was pretty amazing.

After that we went to "Akihabara" (electric city). Now i myself as a female was dreading this one especially with gadget boy himself, i had visions of myself standing outside stores for hours alone and been stared at by the locals... BUT it was't too bad. The first store we went into Al actually kinda run around it and i'm sure i saw drool on his face ! THEN... there it was the "PSP" box with a "SOLDOUT" sticker on it, Al was like "O no, i don't like the look of this, i have a horrible feeling about this BLAH BLAH BLAH, for christ sake it was the flipping first shop .... So he did manage to get the "PSP" surprise surprise and those of you who know him know that he got a great deal, enough said !!!!!!!

I myself got a digital camera. We then went to "Shibuya" to have a look around, had to do the whole "Lost in Translation" thingy. It was a hopping place, seems to be dee place to go, but we had an earlyist night, Sleep seems to be the main thing we do.
